How The Process Works
NNCIP developed a state of the art, HIPPA complaint, web-based Electronic Medical
Record, ("EMR") program for patients who have Chronic Intractable Pain to register online and be scheduled to see a physician
from the NNCIP network in their local area. Once patients have been registered, NNCIP uses a stringent pre-screening process
supervised by licensed U.S. Physicians and dedicated medical records specialist.
Once the patient has been pre-screened and all records have been verified, the
patient is then scheduled to see a physician in their local area for a in-person consultation. At this time, the patient
pre-pays NNCIP. At the time of the patients scheduled consultation, the patient brings in the original medical records
history which they have accumulated to the physician's office for the physicians review.
Once the physician has diagnosed the patient and has documented the clinical
data on the NNCIP EMR system, payment is then authorized for the physician and issued on a bi-weekly basis via bank wire
or business check (optional).
NNCIP fully understands that all clinical diagnosis and decisions are at the
sole discretion of the physician. NNCIP fully complies with all State and Federal Laws as understood by its doctors and
legal counsel. If you have any information which can help us better understand or improve the process, please feel free
to contact us regarding any laws, regulations or process.
