How The Process Works

NNCIP developed a state of the art, HIPPA complaint, web-based Electronic Medical Record, ("EMR") program for patients who have Chronic Intractable Pain to register online and be scheduled to see a physician from the NNCIP network in their local area. Once patients have been registered, NNCIP uses a stringent pre-screening process supervised by licensed U.S. Physicians and dedicated medical records specialist.

After pre-screening and all records have been verified, the patient is then scheduled to see a physician in their local area for an initial face to face F2F, in-person consultation. Patients provide payment via NNCIP's secure approved payment gateway Authorize.net NNCIP. Patients are asked to bring their original copy of all medical records which they have accumulated to the physician's office for the review. As per HIPAA authorization, additional records may be requested.

Once the physician has diagnosed the patient in the usual course of professional practice and has documented the clinical data or treatment notes using the NNCIP EMR system or within their own document control system, payment is then authorized for the physician and issued on a bi-weekly basis via bank business check.

NNCIP fully understands that all clinical diagnosis and decisions are at the sole discretion of the treating physician. NNCIP fully complies with all State and Federal Laws as understood by its doctors and legal counsel. If you have any information which can help us better understand or improve our process, please feel free to contact us regarding any laws, regulations or suggestions.
