Compensation Details

Physicians are paid $120 for initial and annual consultations, $20 per rescript/review, and $40 for telemedicine consultation.. Since most patients are not insured and elect to pay cash, we are able to promptly forward payment to the physician which generally only takes 7-10 days.

Physicians may elect to use P.A.'s at their discretion but it must be done under the doctor's supervision as to keep an established bona fide doctor-patient relationship. If a P.A. is used, compensation is managed by the Physician.

Once the physician builds up their schedule, compensation of $50K-$100K can easily be attained on a part-time basis, while $100K-$250K can be reached on a full-time basis.
