"I am speechless; after I was seen by a real physician in a real doctors office, I was prescribed 90 Lortabs. My refills are conveniently prescribed over the phone for less than a visit to my local doctor. Also, Medco discount pharmacy is awesome as my meds arrive overnight while paying less! I give them a 5 star raring and would recommend this service to every legit pain patient in the U.S." ~ Jennifer

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the face to face, (F2F) exam and consultation process?

NNCIP has always provided coordinating services that MUST begin with an in office face to face, or F2F examination and consultation with the prescribing doctor. When deemed appropriate by your doctor, and when allowed by your State regulations, Telemedicine consultations are an innovative and convenient concept in the health care industry. We use telemedicine to increase the frequency of communication and improve patient access to the treating physician.

The F2F exam and consultation establishes a bona fide relationship between you the patient and your doctor, then using our HIPAA compliant EMR (Electronic Medical Records) program, we coordinate and automate the remainder of the re-consultation process for not more than 30 days at a time. When consistent treatment is warranted, our system streamlines patient’s ability to have prescriptions requested using a secure request protocol. NNCIP is not a pharmacy and you cannot order any medications of any kind from NNCIP. When applicable, we are committed to meeting and exceeding all government regulations like the recent Internet Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act.

  • What happens after I enroll?

Your plan coordinator will conduct a "non-clinical" review of your medical records, ID, HIPAA form and other related information you provided. If approved, you will become an eligible member. You must call 1 (800) 846-6560 to schedule your initial face to face examination with a doctor in your area. Your doctor may conduct a "clinical" evaluation of your records prior to your appointment to determine if any additional tests or if more records are required. In some cases, your doctor may charge a nominal "nonrefundable" fee for records assessment, however, the fee is applied to the cost of the exam.

Following your F2F or "in person" examination, your doctor will explain the findings and provide you with a treatment plan appropriate to your condition. Neither NNCIP nor your doctor make and guarantee or promise that you will be approved for treatment. The doctor has complete and final discretion and NNCIP will not interfere with your doctor patient relationship. If you are approved for continued treatment and fully comply with your doctors orders, you may continue to receive ongoing treatment subject to the terms and conditions which you agreed to when you became a member.
