When it comes to your health and the treatment for chronic pain, you deserve the absolute best care! Be assured that we are actively
recruiting physicians into the network. We encourage you to be patient because not just any doctor can join… Your wellbeing is our highest
priority! As an added value to you, before we approve a doctor they must agree to:
Review and abide by federal and state guidelines
Treat every patient with respect and with a caring demeanor
Accurately maintain your medical records
Submit CV/Resume’ for review
Doctors must also pass a background check obtained from over 150 sources including the office of the Inspector General, (OIG) which lists
individuals who have been excluded from participating in federally funded healthcare programs. There are several reasons for exclusion, including:
Federal Disciplinary Sanctions
Conviction relating to fraud
Misdemeanor conviction relating to controlled substances
License revocation by the State Medical Board
Surrender of a medical license while formal disciplinary actions are proceeding
Any exclusion from any federal or state health programs
Claims for excessive charges, fraud, or kickbacks
Failure to report required information to various state and or government agencies
Failure to grant immediate access for various inspections
Failure to take corrective action on issues found during inspections
Default of health education loans or scholarship obligations
State Medical Board Disciplinary Data
State Medical Board disciplinary actions including:
Actions taken by the State Medical Board
Actions taken by Hospitals
Criminal convictions
Remember too that you are an active participant in your health care.
Ask questions; be sure to communicate honestly and completely with your doctor. Follow the treatment plan and
give it time… Be open minded about new and alternative treatment options that may reduce your need for medication
